About Us
Charles T. Kitzmiller, AIA has been designing high quality projects for clients in the Tampa Bay area for many years. Founded in 1984 by Charles T. Kitzmiller after his graduation from Tulane University Architecture School with a BArch and MArch, the firm has maintained a selective client base, relying solely on referrals from past clients and allied business partners for introductions to new clients. With past experience as an employee of larger local architectural firms, Charles has gained knowledge of a variety of project management styles, project design and construction types. Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and 3-D graphic programs allow him to show his Clients what they are getting before it is built as well as the appropriate construction delivery method for doing so. Each project is a custom design, using Charles' wealth of experience and skill gained through over 40 years of working with private and public clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. Charles T.
